Andy Labunsky
A lifelong Pacific Northwest native, Andy grew up surrounded by real estate through his family construction business. While attending Portland State University, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Finance and Management. Prior to starting Atlas Realty Advisors, he began his career in the banking and alternative investments industry where he gained experience in mortgage banking, niche credit strategies, and asset management. Andy enjoys taking advantage of Oregon’s outdoor playground while boating, hiking, snowboarding, golfing, and participating in local 10ks and half-marathons. Andy is a licensed Principal Broker in the state of Oregon and a Managing Designated Broker in the state of Washington.
Andy is also the president of ARA’s property management partner, Atlas Property Management.

As a real estate broker, David's first priority is to make his clients happy. He listens to his clients' wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction and strives to ensure that the home buying or selling process is as fun, easy, and stress-free as he can make it. David calls the Pacific Northwest home, as it is where he grew up. As a licensed broker in Oregon, David covers the Portland Metro area down into the Willamette Valley. Prior to real estate, he worked in the financial planning sector for five years and then spent over thirteen years managing enterprise-level projects for the Oregon Public Employees Retirement System. At home David enjoys quality time with his wife and three children, and all the beautiful and delicious things Oregon has to offer. It is truly a great place to live!
